Every Insights feature can be turned on and off individually for each staff member.
This can be handy if, for example, your service desk manager only needs to see related tickets when they’re checking a global client issue hasn’t been raised by multiple client staff members. This allows them to keep their screens tidy by hiding the features they don’t need to use.
Features can be enabled or disabled on the Users page of the insightsmsp.com website by the account manager.
