As with any output from Insights, you can click to rewrite the text into a client-facing communication to keep them up to date. You can have it generate a brief summary, or for clients who prefer to know more about the work that has been carried out, you can generate a more in-depth communication.

In this version of Insights, you can edit, copy and paste the text into a new ticket note or time entry. In an upcoming release, you'll be able to insert the text into ConnectWise directly with the option of having ConnectWise email the entry to the client automatically.
