Overview - The Insights user interface

Insights is designed to offer all of its features in an unobtrusive POD inside ConnectWise.

Everything your technicians need, from searching your previous tickets to find existing fixes for repeat problems, to accessing years of curated public IT knowledge is all available from within the Insights POD.

The most commonly used features live front and centre, with all additional features just a click away in the side menu.

Insights is designed to give technicians the information they need, when they need it.

Each response from Insights is added to the bottom of the POD. To keep things tidy, unless the technician chooses to copy the output into a note on the ticket, all of the outputs are cleared when you navigate away from the ticket.

For users who prefer Dark Mode, you will find the option in the Settings menu.
